Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns and exchanges. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, we’ll process an exchange once your original item is received.
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items (if applicable)
- Items that show signs of wear or damage not caused by us
